Look great and easy to install for a handy person..i have it wired to my landscape lights so all come-on at the same time...BUT be carefull with the GLASS BOWL ...it broke twice !!! and it costs about [$] to replace....for some odd reason eventhough it is open glass bowl...it breaks in the winter no matter how mild the winter is... it is like having your headlights on your car breaking every winter !!!...for the price it is a very poor design to pay [$] for the Bird Bath than a $150 for a replacement Glass Bowl !!!...since it is etched glass KICHLER couldn't figure out using clear/etched fiberglass or other flexible etched material for the Bowl !!! I took it out and threw it in the basement...i'm not paying a second $150 for a poorely design Bowl.

Comments about Kichler Lighting Kichler Illuminated Bird Bath:
This was a beautiful addition to our yard and garden, but definitely pricey. I was just going back to purchase a couple more and can't believe I spent that much on this. All in all, I still love it and have gotten a thousand compliments on it. One neighbor loved it so much she got the cheap version that she has to plug in if she wants to see it. Mine comes on automatically at dusk and is worth the extra money since it is hassle free once installed. It took the birds a while to get used to the glass water bowl, but now they come and play on it regularly. I bring in the bowl for the winter, since I am afraid to put it through the hard Wisconsin winters here. But it has lasted several frosts, since I put it out early in the spring to try to get the birds used to it right away again.
